Residents of the City of Los Angeles are advised of the availability of the proposed 2010-2011 Consolidated Plan (36th Program Year) Action Plan budget. The Action Plan serves as the City's annual application of the following federal entitlement grants allocated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): CDBG, HOME, ADDI, HOPWA, AND ESG.

Public comments will be accepted from December 31, 2009 through January 30, 2010.
