Performs various technical functions related to building and safety services, including: assisting customers with building applications/permits; calculating and collecting fees; determining what approvals are required and any additional fees that apply; interpreting codes and disseminating information regarding same; preparing related correspondence and reports; and completing other related technical and administrative functions related to division operations.
